Leveraging local resources and working together with local government, Sunsea and local government co-founded a SPV (special purpose vehicle). This BOT method allowed us to obtain a very long-term use right in Zhao Qing City.


MASTER LEASE The operator obtains parking lot operation rights by contracting or underfunding, and also by introducing intelligent management cloud platform of "TJD Parking" and combine with professional asset management means, the service quality is guaranteed and operating cost is reduced. We will promote various parking product packages, introduce diversified value-added services, finally increase parking lots income.
BOT Sunsea Parking used“BOT / PPP + cooperative business” innovative cooperation model with government or developers to cooperate project. BOT mode will in accordance with design of product through the rights from project design and management, and obtain operation rights for some years, after operation rights expired , the investor will hand over parking lot to property management. In the above cooperation models, Sunsea Parking will combine industry resources, cutting-edge technology, efficient operation and cooperation innovation of the whole business chain, to meet growing demand for parking at the same time ,to increase parking asset value.

In November 2017, Huaping Investment, one of the world's largest investment institutions, joined hands with Mallwanghongxingmeikailong to invest in the sun and the sky. This is the first and largest investment in China's parking industry by a major private equity investor. The most far-reaching integration of capital and resources with China's trillion-dollar parking market has been realized. The injection of RMB 1.5 billion will help the sun enter the era of parking asset management. In the future, the sun will cover more than 2,000 parking lots and hold more than one million high-value parking spaces.
